Stainless Steel Bolts Resistant to Intergranular Corrosion
Austenitic stainless steels such as A2 and A4 are widely used; however, they tend to suffer from intergranular corrosion when exposed to temperatures around 500°C and above.
For applications in plants, boilers, engines, and other high-temperature environments, stainless steel fasteners require special heat-resistant materials.

ISO Grades and Availability
While the ISO standard defines stainless grades such as A3 and A5, they are very difficult to obtain from stock in practice.
Japanese Heat-Resistant Stainless Steel Fasteners
As a solution, we offer Japanese-made high-temperature stainless steel fasteners, available directly from stock.
These include:
- DIN912 socket head cap screws
- Hex bolts and nuts
All of these are ready for shipment.
Inventory and Inquiries
Our inventory changes frequently, so stock lists are not published online.
Instead, we provide individual responses upon request.
If you are facing challenges with intergranular corrosion, please feel free to contact us for a tailored solution.
