In our previous post, we introduced miniature screws such as #0 size.
To manufacture such small screws, dedicated plating and heat treatment lines are essential.
Attempting to plate or heat treat small screws like M3 on production lines primarily designed for larger screws (e.g., M20 or above) will not yield optimal results.
While some countries may process a wide range of screw sizes (e.g., M2 to M24) on a single line, this approach is not ideal, especially when high precision and quality are required.
